Well since "down" is sort of a constant feeling for me these days (thanks, winter blues) I can't really drown them in food without feeling worse about it!  Before I started eating better, I'd eat chips and nacho cheese, actually anything covered in cheese, lots of pasta, did I mention cheese?  Now that I'm more concious about what I eat, I don't eat when I'm down.  I eat when I'm drunk.  Baby steps, right?

One of my favorite things is ranch dressing, and when you're drunk, ranch tastes good on anything.  I start with celery, to feel good about myself, and move on to pretzels dipped in it, and then maybe some Boar's Head Ovengold turkey.  Mmm.
