Sep. 5th, 2013 03:04 pm Ugh! I have been a ball of uselessness today. I watched some tv and went on the computer a lot. I swept the kitchen and prepared the stuffed peppers for dinner tonight. My husband's going to come home and ask what I did all day and I'm going to have nothing to give him. I suppose I could cram some candle making information into my brain before he comes home so I can at least tell him I did a little research.
My anniversary gift came in the mail today and I think it's something ceramic. I also think it's from Etsy because when I was checking our bank balances, I saw there was a purchase from there. My husband doesn't know I know that and pretends to not even know what Etsy is when I mention it (like when I was mentioning making candles I said I'd sell them on Etsy and he said "I was thinking ebay; what's Etsy?" LOL.
Dear goodness, please don't let it be hideous. I mean I like his intentions. I like how he tries to come up with something neat and unique but you know? Sometimes I just want a gift card to Lush or zappos.com or something. But that's lame, of course he wants to get personal gifts for me, especially for our anniversary.
Okay so I cheated! I looked up the name of the person it came from on etsy. It's personalized ceramic plates. This could be cute or really tacky. LOL. I don't want to look too much, but it could be interesting.
