Oh dear, that's a tough one for me right now. I'm trying to change my eating habits, eat less processed food. I find that fish is really the only thing I can eat plain. I love fish. Sushi would be one of my favorites.
Cheese is another favorite and I have obviously had to cut down on that quite a bit.
My third favorite would be alcohol (does that count?) I don't binge drink very much, obviously, since I have a small child. But I have one or two drinks roughly every night and I know that's not good either. Plus, it's a vicious cycle. I drink, then I want to eat, and I can't stop eating, and of course I have to have more to drink when I eat.

Least favorites:
Most vegetables of any kind. I can deal with a salad, and that's about it.
Milk. I can't handle it for some reason. I've been trying to drink protein shakes to help my protein intake and they just gross me out so much.
Dark meat. It's just nasty.
