It figures that the day after the ffac I find like 6 creepy things in a row via stumbleupon. Next week...

I can tell you that I had to dispose of a mouse the other day. My cat came strolling into the kitchen with it and would not put it down, and when I finally got him to, I picked it up in a dustpan and ran outside with it at arm's length. I tossed it outside and then went down and threw some dirt on top of it. I did go back and check a couple times and it was indeed dead.
The next day, I took a look and all the dirt was disrupted and the mouse was gone.

I don't know if I'm more creeped out by thoughts of a zombie mouse or by wondering what kind of larger animal came and took it. XD

I don't listen to anything in particular when I'm sad, but quite a few songs *make* me sad. Basically, my life is a long line of nostalgic moments. There was summer camp, then high school, then working at the same summer camp, then college, and the last 10 or so years of my life have been *meh*, but with a few nostalgic moments sprinkled in.

Lots of things, from Sarah McLachlan's Surfacing, to the Celtic music I mentioned in an earlier post in this meme, to Dave Matthews Band, remind me of days and people gone by. Generally these memories make me sad because they remind me of simpler, often happier days.

...I need happier music on my ipod. Since I started working out at the gym much more often, I've gotten a lot of use out of it, but I have to skip by so many songs that are too slow or depressing. Anyone have any favorite happy music? I'm generally into mainstream-type stuff, but I can think out of the box too. Something that's good to walk to at a quick pace would be nice.
