[Error: unknown template qotd]
When I was going through a very difficult time during my first year of college, she wrote me a letter (Yes! e mail existed but she sent me letters and called much more often than sending email) and shared with me that her favorite quote is "To thine own self be true." I have really taken that to heart and tried to live my life with that quote in mind. I realized that I can be many things at once and that just because one side of me seems to contradict another, I shouldn't try to squash any aspect of myself.
I can be creepy, sensitive, feminine, tomboyish, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a woman, a good cook and still a fast food junkie, and the list goes on.
