Woah friends, slow down

becomingkateOk, wtf happened last night that we have 43 pages on the FFA? I went to bed at like midnight and I was really looking forward to tonight because my husband is doing a world of warcrap raid and I have a bottle and a half of cold Barefoot Bubbly (like champagne, but cheap) waiting for me. I'm like, oh there's probably 20 pages, max. FORTY THREE???
Plus on top of that it looks like my friends are posting quite a lot. Which is great! But I don't even know much of your past, let alone what the heck you're up to now. I just hope there's not a quiz on all this.
I decided I'm just going to post random day to day stuff on this blog. My wordpress blog will be for a different style--random musings on broader topics rather than "what I did today" posts. Cool?
OH! My husband stopped at a game store TWICE today (mostly for Warhammer 40K and Fantasy, if you know what those are) but they had an awesome selection of comics, games, graphic novels, etc. We went there on the way to and back from my dad's house (near the house one of my friends is working at, but sadly we didn't have time to stop by, sorry Sam).
On the way back when we stopped at the store the second time, just my husband went in because our son was sleeping in the back seat. He came back with the zombie survival guide for me :) He saw me eyeing it the first time we went in there. I told him I was going to try to find it at the library, but he said "oh no, this is the kind of book you have to own." It's fantastic.
I'm still in the middle of Heart-Shaped Box. I just got through the Ouija board scene. It was harrowing. BTW, does this need a cut? I don't know how to do those. Someone please tell me. I don't know much about LJ etiquette.

Date: 2010-07-12 01:57 am (UTC)I just have the other journal and I don't want to repeat stuff...so this will be more fluffy and probably creepy-based (since that's what all my friends are into) and the other one is more serious--I actually want to be a well-known blogger, but I'm not sure how to do it.
And I don't even remember how to post photos, most of the time...LOL I'm such a noob
