A song you used to love but now hate

becomingkateI can't really think of anything exactly in this category...but one song I should love but I hate Sarah McLachlan's Angel. I love Sarah. She was like, my idol for quite some time. I was very disappointed when it became clear that she wasn't gay. I'd be late to class at college just to catch her videos and I own a ton of bootlegs and rare dvd's and stuff.
But this song, Angel. Whyyyy? Why must it be so long and dreary and repetitive and why must everyone want to use it at their funeral? It's not even about death. And why must everyone call it "In the Arms of the Angel" or something that is NOT its name?
And why must people say "Oh I love Sarah" and then proceed to butcher her last name?
