Dec. 28th, 2017 08:46 pm Well, for the first time I've been labeled as "obese"...yay. I went to a new PCP today because my old one resigned. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. So I'll be hopping on the health bandwagon again. I'm already over my calories for today so I'm just calling it a loss.
Thing is I don't think I eat horribly. I rarely eat fast food--my vice is cheese, though, which I guess is as bad as fast food crap. I can't find the low-fat Cabot cheese I used to eat anymore. It doesn't help that my husband likes to buy me cheeses for my birthday and holidays LOL.
Also next year I expect to graduate from community college. Not sure if I will move immediately on to the university, but probably, so I don't lose momentum. I'm afraid it will be harder than community college. That I won't be able to cancel out failing grades with lots of extra credit.
I do this this called new year's inspirations rather than resolutions. Because I can't seem to resolve to do anything, I would rather be inspired to do something.
The new oven came in today, but the guy couldn't come hook it up because he was dealing with a lot of heating systems dying because of the major cold streak that has hit us. I'd rather have no oven than no heat. He'll come early tomorrow. It looks really cool--even has a dehydrating setting so I am looking forward to playing with that.It has a griddle in the middle which I'm excited to try because it's kind of a pain to make pancakes in a frying pan.
